Size and change-of-mind exchanges
Please request a size or change-of-mind exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging.
Where permitted by law, the customer is responsible for return courier costs for ordinary size or change-of-mind exchanges.
Incorrect, defective or damaged items
Please contact BUCKLEY promptly with your order details and clear photographs so the matter can be assessed and handled appropriately.
